- Analyze and redesign business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment and coordination of project objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Assist in the management of project resources and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver feedback on process improvements.
- Implement change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Education and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business process management or coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- US Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Business Process Management.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience supporting DoD clients and collaborating with U.S. Combatant Commands.
- Proficiency in integrating modeling and automation methods into strategic or operational workflows.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Routine video conference and/or in-person meetings.
- Ability to attend planned meetings within the Washington Metro Area region.
