TITLE: Business Manager (Physical Channels)

LOCATION: Local to Chicago or Wisconsin - Mostly Remote, occasional on-site requirement at Brookfield, WI (180 N. Executive Dr) or Chicago Loop location

RATE: $50-56ph W2 + Benefits (Swoon covers 50% of cost)


Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and independent Business Manager to collaborate with Retail, Corporate Real Estate (CRE), and Channels management on branch network opportunities. The ideal candidate will conduct research and analysis and develop solutions to create an effective and profitable branch distribution network. This role involves working across the client's global organization to deliver specific project/program business results aligned with overall group goals.


Key Responsibilities-


Network Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with leaders in Retail, CRE, and other lines of business to provide comprehensive project analysis for all branch projects.
  • Build effective relationships with internal/external partners and stakeholders.

Branch Investment Opportunities:

  • Evaluate and present branch investment opportunities to Channels and CRE leadership for de novo and relocation projects.
  • Collect input and data for project analysis and design.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research and data analysis for branch network-based projects.
  • Assist in developing project analysis and related business cases.

Project Management and Roadmap Development:

  • Contribute to developing, maintaining, and executing the multi-year US branch network roadmap.
  • Identify emerging trends to inform decision-making.

Implementation and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Participate in implementing initiatives within the group and across our client by partnering with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide business context in the design, development, and implementation of programs and solutions.

Project Tracking and Issue Resolution:

  • Monitor and track project performance, identifying deviations from plan or projections.
  • Identify key issues prior to and during implementation, offering solutions to resolve risks that jeopardize delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Strong collaborator with analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Base understanding of retail banking/real estate transactions, with project management experience being an asset.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable with remote work.
  • Self-motivated with initiative in problem resolution.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
