Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Lead to join our team onsite at Rancho Cucamonga. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of industry experience with a strong background in leading BI initiatives, managing onsite teams, and hands-on development experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of BI professionals onsite, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Drive the end-to-end BI process, from requirements gathering to data modeling, ETL development, report/dashboard creation, and delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
Utilize MSBI tools effectively to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
Oversee the development and maintenance of interactive visualizations and reports using Power BI.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing onsite teams.
Strong hands-on experience with MSBI tools, including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
Extensive experience (7+ years) with Power BI, including end-to-end BI solution development.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex BI projects on time and within budget.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience working in the healthcare domain is highly preferred.
