Job Description

1.Support with the creation of marketing briefs/proposals

2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in creative strategy ideation sessions

3.Assist in the execution of events, partnerships, and social/influencer development ensuring marketing goal alignment and messaging consistencies

4.Support with multiple project coordination; oversee creative request submissions, maintain production timelines and placement plans

5.Build and deliver detailed recaps for initiatives – highlighting impact and key insights

6.Assist in developing and updating comprehensive programmatic calendars and activation schedules

7.Contribute new ideas and processes to improve project management flows

8.Maintain and uphold a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and community preferences to update strategies

9.Act as a critical thinker, anticipating challenges, and proposing effective solutions to ensure the brand’s success



Qualifications

1.1-3 years of related experience

2.Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

3.Experience in brand, marketing and communications

4.Expertise in digital/social media and branded content landscape with a pulse on Gen-Z trends, social behavior and platform features

5.Knowledgeable of digital distribution channels (including but not limited to social platforms)

6.Ability to balance multiple projects and drive initiatives to completion

7.Familiarity with partnerships and activation strategies

8.Comfortable with working in an evolving environment

9.Ability to travel

10.Experience with handling large and small budgets is a plus!
