About the role: Support in growing our snack business, understanding consumer needs, and transforming them into a solid brand strategy.

What Will I Be Doing

  • Review category opportunities and consumer needs to build a 3–5-year brand strategy
  • Portfolio strategy to grow the baseline and innovation calendar to increase Household Penetration
  • In conjunction with media and creative agency, develop efficient and differentiated communication plan to maximize investments
  • Diligently track key performance indicators, analyze data, and draw actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies
  • Work with Cross functional areas to ensure plans are executed
  • Manage and develop direct team
  • Support the long & short term growth agenda, identifying trends & growth spots
  • Market Research coordination, including data & competitor analysis
  • Budget control & invoices registration
  • Monitor brand sales and execution
  • Work with Sales teams for customer presentations and sell-in efforts
  • Agency management & coordination (packaging)
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must have Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field (Specialization in related field is preferred)
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a CPG company
  • Experience in Product Development and working with R&D, Co Packers and vendors is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to have an ability to inform, influence and collaborate work with cross functional internal stakeholders across multiple leadership levels and external agencies.
  • Some Travelling required (Domestic & International)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, evaluate and incorporate information into an execution plan for new products and packages.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great problem-solving skills.
