Do you have an eagle eye for even then the tiniest inconsistencies and errors? Can you create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes? If you possess super-fast and accurate processing skills, consider joining a successful team at an exciting company as an entry level biller/Excel data analyst. The Excel data analyst will ensure Quality Control on billing for key clients and will perform quality assurance on invoice management.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Identify data gaps in Key Client information and resolve them for billing purposes
• Work with other departments to resolve queries on process
• Work with Credit Control to resolve outstanding debt for Key Clients
• Identify revenue improvement and cost savings opportunities
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is desired
• 1+ year of Billing experience is preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel Pivot Tables and/or Vlookup experience is required
• Understanding of the importance of accuracy and service
• Background in Customer Service preferred, but not crucial
• Must be organized, dedicated, and possess excellent communication skills
