LHH is partnering with multiple clients in the Dallas Fort Worth area who are growing their Benefits team. All of these are full time and the ideal candidate is one who enjoys both the heavy data analytics / Excel reporting function of their job and can also be a resource during open enrollment season to help with answering questions and get the employees the help they need in a timely manner.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration and management of comprehensive employee benefits programs, encompassing health insurance, retirement plans (including 401K), life insurance, disability coverage, and other voluntary benefits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries, providing guidance and assistance on topics such as eligibility, enrollment procedures, coverage details, and plan options.
  • Utilize Excel and other software tools to generate detailed reports and maintain accurate records related to employee benefits, including enrollment data, contribution information, and plan utilization statistics.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, insurance carriers, and benefit providers to ensure seamless coordination of benefits-related processes, such as enrollment changes, premium payments, and claims resolution.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee communications strategies, including newsletters, presentations, and online resources, to educate employees about available benefits options and promote engagement.
  • Stay abreast of changes in federal and state regulations governing employee benefits programs, proactively assessing the impact on existing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 4+ years of Benefits to include 401K, audits, and reporting
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and vLookUps)
