Condé Nast Commercial Creative, our marketing, creative strategy, and production department, harnesses that power and passion to create and execute the industry’s most compelling programs, initiatives, and partnerships.

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented marketer to enhance our Creative Strategy team, which plays a crucial role in developing partner programs, go-to-market strategies, and unique selling propositions to drive forward our category business. This role involves collaborating with various teams, including sales, digital operations, talent, insights, creative, experiential, and PR, across all 30+ CN global brands.

As the Associate Manager of Creative Strategy, Home and Auto, you'll orchestrate and drive holistic strategy for creative content and product-led initiatives that combine Condé Nast's leading ideas with its brand assets to engage audiences and deliver results for our advertising partners in the Home and Automotive sectors. You'll work cross-functionally to refine our offerings and tailor corporate and brand initiatives into custom partnership opportunities for Auto and Home partners. This role is crucial for identifying and nurturing revenue-generating commercial opportunities across all media platforms, including video, social, digital, and print.

We're looking for an adaptable, innovative marketer with a strong understanding of the evolving media and marketing landscape, who naturally embodies a collaborative and proactive spirit.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide strategic recommendations to Home and Auto category advertisers, utilizing Condé Nast's offerings, including content creation, event activations, influencer programs, social campaigns, print, and more.
  • Transform Home and Auto category market needs into high-touch, cross-platform, data-informed, and content-driven opportunities across all global platforms.
  • Identify custom ideas that act as powerful conversation starters for client discussions and potentially increase overall advertiser spend.
  • Excel as a cross-functional partner with various internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Digital Planning, Production & Activation, Talent, Brand Marketing, Creative, Commercial Research & Insights, showcasing a strong team player mentality.

Role Requirements

  • 2-4 years qualifying experience in publishing, digital media, brand marketing or strategy
  • Understanding of media and marketing metrics/KPIs, ad technology and platforms
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate several internal processes and procedures
  • Self-starter who can work independently and within a team setting
  • A strong, creative writer with strong presentation skills
  • Positive, creative, solutions-oriented and client-focused
  • Bring a sense of “fun” that inspires others and creates a healthy environment
  • Be proactive, agile and willing to pitch in wherever needed
  • Intermediate to advanced GSuite/Office and presentation design skills

Base Salary: $60k-$80k
