Requirements:

Promote and support the high quality of Beck's Shoes brand image through professional selling

Measure and fit customers properly

Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications

Maintain outstanding store standards and visual merchandising guidelines

Thrives in an environment that rewards for delivering world-class service and delighting our customers

Meet and exceed sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

Pay: $40,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
