What You’ll Do:
The Analyst will report to the Manager of Business Strategy & Analytics and support strategic business decisions across ticket sales, member service, and digital marketing. This role will:

What You’ll Do:
The Analyst will report to the Manager of Business Strategy & Analytics and support strategic business decisions across ticket sales, member service, and digital marketing. This role will:
- Use data and insights to drive revenue growth and improve our fan experience across all ticket products – including season tickets, partial plans, individual game tickets, and group sales
- Partner with other departments, primarily Ticket Operations, to recommend and implement strategic dynamic pricing and inventory decisions
- Build reports and dashboards to visualize and monitor pricing and sales trends in the primary and resale ticketing markets
- Assist in developing models for variable and dynamic pricing, inventory management across ticket offers, and product mix optimization
- Collaborate with the Data Strategy & Technology team to align on efficient data capture approaches that best enable our team to measure sales and service efficiency
- Find opportunities to improve manual processes through workflow automation and integrations between systems
- Identify relevant best practices from within and outside of the industry
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and produce measurable insights and recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with a consistent track record of professional and personal achievement
- 1+ years of professional experience, preferably in a consulting or analytical strategy role
- Proficiency in SQL, preferably working with Cloud Data Warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
- Experience in using BI tools to deliver effective charts, graphs, and visualizations (Tableau preferred)
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and/or analyzing and synthesizing large data sets
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish relationships and share findings with both technical and non-technical team members
- An eye for the details because data quality is paramount
- Analytical and problem-solving expertise that will help uncover and address inefficiencies
- High tolerance for nuance with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the business
- Business literacy driven by the application of data and insights to drive strategy and results
- Entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a high profile, small business, balancing multiple projects across different functions
