SoFi is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to support the Office of the CEO.

About the Role:

The Executive Coordinator will support the CEO Operations Director by providing administrative support with various tasks. This role is responsible for increasing the efficiency of the Office of the CEO by providing secondary support, as directed, to the CEO across complex and confidential requests. A successful Executive Coordinator will work with the Office of the CEO to ensure comprehensive and day-to-day administrative support.

What you'll do:


  • Provide on-site support to the CEO: greet external guests, order & distribute lunch for the CEO, ensure conference rooms are connected, other tasks as required
  • Oversee the coordination of travel logistics, including accommodation, transportation, and scheduling, while managing the reconciliation of expense reports.
  • Offer dedicated support in managing the calendar as directed.
  • Assist with bi-weekly company All-Hands logistics
  • Provide administrative assistance for ongoing projects and work with the CEO Operations Director to ensure initiatives and projects are on track regarding timeline and content, providing early warning of any potential concerns.
  • Offer assistance on recurring events, including logistics coordination for on-site and off-site meetings and conferences as well as quarterly board meetings.
  • Assist with EA-team culture & meetings
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of corporate gift-giving
  • Lead back-up support to the rest of the Staff-EAs / executive team


What You’ll Need


  • Demonstrates a collaborative personality, thrives as a team player, possesses superior organizational skills, and has excellent interpersonal skills while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Executes administrative tasks proficiently, seamlessly shifting focus between strategic initiatives and daily operational responsibilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting with external CEOs and high-level executives.
  • Chaos tamer with the ability to multitask, problem solve, and balance competing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; preferably 5 years of administrative support experience, 3 years minimum required

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
