Accounting Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking a bi-lingual (English/Polish) Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute payments, and interact with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate correctness of all loads during the billing process
• Review and approve all driver payments, check requests, expenses and enter reimbursements
• Respond time to customer emails and phone calls
• Other duties as required
• Hours required are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Experience in data entry a plus
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Fluent in English. Polish fluency (written and oral) necessary.
