Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting/Billing Clerk to become an integral part of Cleveland Manufacturing Rep team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices. This is a full-time salaried position. Hours are M-F 8:00-4:30.

Responsibilities:

  • Process the billing and generate invoices for customers' orders.
  • Create Credit memos for returned products.
  • Work with warehouse team to maintain up to date and accurate inventory.
  • Process orders with vendors for inventory.
  • Document receipt of inventory, match to invoices and authorize payment.
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform other office tasks such as filing and some answering of phones.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields.
  • Experience in Acumatica & Microsoft a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
