About The Opportunity
An innovator in health and professional education located in Boston, MA is currently looking to add an Academic Assistant to their growing team
One of the most prestigious universities in MA with over nearly 200-year history, they have evolved to become the most comprehensive, health sciences university in the country
Your role is to provide the faculty and deans of two programs with academic support for curricular and/or schools
Academic Assistant Responsibilities
Develops and manages school databases including data entry and production of reports
Provides assistance with classroom technology, oversight, and proctoring
Prepares and processes tests, surveys, and other forms of school evaluations
Records and prepares typed reports, meeting minutes, memorandums
Manages smartsheet data entry as needed for scheduling
Academic Assistant Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of experience working in an office and/or academic setting
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication
