Job Description:

Capgemini is seeking strong Workday Consultant with good experience in Payroll and Benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• to configure Workday Payroll and Benefits, Global Absence Management
• to analyze issues and work with peers and internal groups to resolve issues.
• to work with various time zones outside of the USA.
• to build strong relationship with HR and be respond to escalation.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5 years of Workday experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in several modules such as HCM Recruiting Benefits Reporting etc
• in Workday Reporting Strong
• of Workday Recruiting Workday U S Benefits experience
• to prepare and load data via EIBs.
• of Business Process Framework Security and Integrations
• to analyze issues and work with peers and internal groups to resolve Identify and make recommendations for process improvements.
• to connect with customers establish and maintain strong relationships.
• U S Benefits Experience and Global Absence Management
• Strong Payroll integration knowledge for ADP Products EV5 Celergo Vista etc
• of Case Management Tool Dovetail Willing to document internal processes and provide team training
