We are a leading mattress manufacturer based in Jacksonville, Florida, committed to delivering high-quality mattresses, pocked coils, and custom foam products. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring that production goals are met on time and within budget
• Lead and manage a team of production supervisors and workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality control
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize workflow
• Ensure that all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards are met
• Manage inventory levels and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing production management
• Proven track record of increasing productivity and manufacturing output
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices
• Experience with onboarding, training, and developing staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
