Our client company, with locations in Barberton, OH and New Franklin, OH, immediately seeks Warehouse Associates for stocking, order pulling, and packing. As a warehouse associate, you may:
Receive and stock merchandise coming into the warehouse
Pull orders using hand carts, pallet jacks, and scanners
Picking & Packing orders for shipping
Manage and maintain storage conditions and the flow of goods
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Warehouse Position Highlights
First and second shifts available
Monday - Friday work weeks (Saturday mornings may be used for OT)
320-hour evaluation period before hired in permanently
Immediate pay increase to $17/hr when hired in.
What We Look For In a Warehouse Associate
Punctuality and good attendance
Basic math and PC skills
High school diploma or GED/equivalent
Ability to lift 55lbs, stand, walk, bend and reach as needed
