We are the leading provider of Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) compliance management solutions for utility and community scale project developers and tax credit investors.


Our software platform and services enable solar, energy storage, wind, and other clean energy developers to manage prevailing wage and apprenticeship, domestic content, and other clean energy tax incentive compliance, maximize the value of their tax credits, and protect tax equity investors and corporate tax credit buyers from IRS recapture audit risk.


We are building an incredible company and are seeking a Vice President, Sales and Marketing with clean energy experience to accelerate our initial market leadership.


This VP Sales & Marketing will be responsible for the following:

1. Build and lead a sales organization that can develop and close sales opportunities with target clean energy project developers

2. Develop and execute marketing strategies, work with our agency partner to become the industry thought leader, and generate qualified leads with target clean energy clients to achieve our growth objectives.

3. Identify and lead strategic partnerships to accelerate our market share and industry success.


The VP Sales & Marketing will be a partner with the CEO and COO, optimizing the company’s go-to-market strategy, providing feedback on product strategy, and ensuring client success.


Candidate requirements (please read carefully before applying for the position - candidates without clean energy industry experience cannot be considered- sorry)

  • 10+ years of increasing business responsibility with a minimum of 5 years as a senior executive as a director or VP of Sales, VP of Marketing, VP of Business Development, or equivalent.
  • Successful experience selling or marketing software, EPC/construction services, or equipment to clean energy project developers and/or tax credit investors is required.
  • Prior technology start-up experience is highly desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, team building, and leadership skills.
  • High IQ and EQ.
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and execute.
  • Enthusiastic, gets a lot done, no prima-donnas.


This is a full-time, very hands-on startup executive role where the VP Sales & Marketing will initially use their industry expertise and relationships directly to take on these responsibilities and then build out the sales, marketing, and business development teams over time.


The senior executive will receive a highly attractive compensation package with a base salary, benefits, variable compensation based on attainment of objectives, and a substantial stock option plan.


The company is distributed so candidates can be based anywhere in the US, although candidates in Colorado or Houston are preferred.
