Salary: $240,000-$320,000 basic + bonus + benefits

JBAndrews are searching on behalf of a global player in contract logistics and manufacturing for a Vice President of Operations. In this pivotal role, you'll shape the trajectory and enhance customer experience. Ideal for an ambitious operations leader seeking to advance within a values-driven organization renowned for its history of expansion and opportunities.
Your responsibilities encompass overseeing all internal operational facets across multiple sites, spanning warehouse, production, fulfillment, engineering, and facilities. You'll collaborate closely with the People Team to foster continuous learning and development. Partnering with the Client Success department, you'll ensure seamless customer onboarding, satisfaction, and fulfillment of requirements.
Requirements:
- Extensive leadership experience in manufacturing and distribution roles, managing multi-tier teams within a dynamic environment.
- Profound understanding of manufacturing, omnichannel distribution, and facility management, coupled with expertise in ERP and WMS systems.
- Proven track record of building and leading robust operations teams within a collaborative culture.
- Agility is key; you must demonstrate the ability to drive strategic, tactical, and day-to-day changes, from digital transformations to rapid operational adjustments, all while upholding quality standards.
- A commitment to quality and continuous improvement, leveraging ISO, QMS, and Six Sigma methodologies, ideally within a regulated industry such as medical.
- A relentless drive for success and resourcefulness in meeting deadlines, service level agreements, and cost targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at presenting to diverse audiences, including clients, with professionalism and inspiration.
- A relevant Bachelor's degree and preferably an MBA, or equivalent industry experience.
