We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Tester in Albany, NY. If you possess the following qualifications, we invite you to share your candidate profile:
- Extensive experience in detailed team leadership roles as the lead project tester. Proven track record of managing highly technical projects requiring over five thousand hours of resource time.
- Proficient in planning, designing, developing, and executing test plans based on business requirements and functional specifications.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating, tracking, and analyzing testing activities to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Experience in creating test plans for business application owners (client agencies) and managing User Acceptance Testing activities performed by application users.
- Proficient in using functional test tools for executing automated tests. Examples include Micro-Focus UFT, Python. Hands-on experience in designing, building, coding, and executing automated test functions.
- Experience using Micro Focus ALM (formerly known as HP Application Lifecycle Management/Quality Center).
- Experience in recording and customizing automated functional tests.
- Ability to create SQL queries to validate correct back-end processing.
