Job Description –
We are seeking a talented and qualified Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about human performance, possess a strong understanding of sales processes and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals . As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in turning our our clients' vision into reality by providing comprehensive solutions for their flooring and equipment projects.

Key Objectives –
Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers
Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
Develop and implement territory action plan
Key Areas of Responsibilities –
Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
Possess in-depth product knowledge
Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following a defined selling process with customers
Grow/manage a sales pipeline and provide detailed forecasting within CRM records
The Ideal Candidate / Perfect Fit ––
Direct experience working in Campus Recreation and/or working with Campus Recreation customers
3 or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
Located within required sales territory: CA, AK, OR, NV, WA, ID, UT, AZ, NM, CO, WY, MT, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MN, IA, MO, AR, LA.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
The ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
