Experience in the development of scope, goals, objectives and business and system requirements while ensuring complete traceability to project objectives.
Drive end-to-end production support incident management which includes identification of impacted areas/applications, coordinating client engagement and communication and driving the completion of root cause analysis.
Remediating SOX controls issues, helping technology to risk controls, reviewing existing controls to determine if they have standard design framework on how to implement the controls, ensuring the controls are being followings, adding controls inside of application, review tech packages for accuracy, enterprise risk applications (including Archer), technology life cycle management (TLCM), risk & control review (ROAR), IAM privilege access management for lines of business, anything under the risk umbrella.
