Overview
We're in search of a committed and enthusiastic Teacher to join our virtual team. The ideal candidate will possess experience working with children and a solid foundation in childhood development, classroom management, and curriculum design.
Responsibilities
Design and execute lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
Cultivate a positive and interactive learning atmosphere for students
Deliver personalized instruction to cater to varying student needs
Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to foster student growth and learning
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
Prior teaching experience with students
Profound grasp of childhood development principles
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in managing a virtual classroom and ensuring a secure learning environment
Experience in curriculum development is advantageous
Previous Virtual Teaching Experience Preferred
Background in childcare, physical education, tutoring, daycare, or special education is beneficial
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 5 - 10 per week
