Salary Range: $40-48K (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

It’s an exciting time to join our Ft. Lauderdale-based Talent Acquisition team at during the busy campus event season! Company hires hundreds of Interns annually, and is focused on an exceptional experience for each student. The College Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of the team responsible for all activities related to entry level and intern hiring including:

  • Coordinating 15-20+ campus events, ensuring materials are boxed and shipped to each school prior to the event; receiving materials back from the event
  • Providing detailed reports of candidate attendees to Hiring Managers and other ad-hoc reports as requested from ATS
  • Responsible for keeping the process organized and actively maintaining clear lines of communications with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Ensure all scheduling activities are accurately tracked in the ATS
  • Creation, review, and sending of offer letters to candidates
  • Ensure a high-touch, positive and responsive experience to all candidates, hiring managers, school contacts, and other related stakeholders
  • Maintains meticulous tracking of each candidates’ progress, and escalates issues
  • Providing proactive updates regarding status of onboarding to Hiring Managers and candidates, throughout the process
  • Prioritizing all requests and projects, and working independently to resolve and/or connecting with the appropriate support
  • Maintaining confidentiality of HR and personnel-related data

Experience And Skills

  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills and business acumen
  • Experience in HR/staffing/Talent Acquisition industry or similar HR role is preferred
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to track progress of each request
  • MS Office (Word, Excel) proficiency; experience with JazzHR and/or Workday a plus
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
