What are the best ways to improve your team's presentation skills?
I couldn’t agree more about the importance of planning and practicing a presentation. So many presenters read the content from slides and deliver in a monotone that fails to land the message. How many times have we attended presentations that led us to multitask by checking emails? Presenters need to invest time on planning and practicing to by rehearsing the presentation with a trusted peer to ensure the message flows and captivates the audience.

In my experience, it is important to equally engage smaller, less known partners to drive business. Smaller partners are typically much more agile, eager to partner, co-sell, build practices and drive business outcomes. They are often the unsung heroes of a partner ecosystem.

How do you identify a skilled partnership manager?
A skilled partner manager should be able to identify the business and technical decision makers across the targeted business sectors at the partner organization and gain trust with them. Without trust, a partner manager cannot build the deep, strategic relationships with the partner that will drive the business.
