According to a 2018 report by Pew Research, among all Fortune 500 companies, there were zero female CEOs in 1995, while in 2018, the percentage of female CEOs in the Fortune 500 reached nearly 5%. From my perspective, those numbers show we still aren’t giving women enough of a leadership role, despite the fact women are now more likely to earn college degrees than men.
