Post a job in Talent Hub

Last updated: 5 days ago

As a Hiring Project Owner, you can post jobs in LinkedIn Talent Hub to advertise the open positions at your company. These job postings can be searched by job seekers throughout the LinkedIn network and will be recommended to potential candidates through the Job Recommendations feature.

Important to know

When you post a job in Talent Hub, you won't have the option to route applicants to an external site to apply. You'll need to provide an email address to receive applicants.

When posting your job, you'll need to provide an email address to receive notifications when a new applicant applies to your job. You can enter an email address associated with your personal LinkedIn account, the email you use in the LinkedIn Admin Center under User & license management, or another email address.

Here's a tip

We recommend you use the email that you have activated in LinkedIn Admin Center or the one associated to your personal LinkedIn profile so that you have full control over subscribing and unsubscribing as needed. If you enter an email not linked to a profile, such as a guest email, you have little control over subscribing and unsubscribing. If the guest email unsubscribes from any of the emails sent by LinkedIn, the email will also be unsubscribed from applicant notification emails with no way to re-subscribe or manage the unsubscribed status.

All jobs posted in Talent Hub must be associated with an open project. This allows you to review and manage your search results, recommended matches, and job applicants in one centralized place. It also improves collaboration with your hiring team. You can post a job when you create a project, or you can post one to an open project after it’s created.
