Once you’ve created a project in LinkedIn Talent Hub, you can search for candidates or import candidates and add them to your pipeline. This allows you track and manage your candidates throughout the hiring process.
Your pipeline contains the different stages of the hiring process associated with your project.
To view your pipeline:

Click Projects at the top of the page.

Click your project title.
- You can use the search bar and filters on the left to locate your project.

Click the Pipeline tab.

Click All active candidates on the left side of the page to view all candidates in your pipeline.
- You can also click your other pipeline stages to view only the candidates in a specific stage.
To add a candidate to your pipeline from the Recruiter search results in the Talent pool tab of a project:

Click Projects at the top of the page.

Click your project title.
- You can use the search bar and filters on the left to locate your project.

On the Talent pool tab, click Save to pipeline on the right side of the candidate’s profile card to add them to your pipeline.
- The candidate will automatically be added to the first stage of your pipeline.
To add a candidate to your pipeline from your job applicants in the Talent pool tab in a project:

Click Projects at the top of the page.

Click your project title.
- You can use the search bar and filters on the left to locate your project.

On the Talent pool tab, click the Applicants button at the top of your results.

Click Save to pipeline on the right side of the candidate’s profile card.
- The candidate will automatically be added to the first stage of your pipeline.
To move a candidate to a different stage in your pipeline:

Click Projects at the top of the page.

Click your project title.
- You can use the search bar and filters on the left to locate your project.

Click the Pipeline tab.

Locate the candidate in your pipeline.
- You can use the search bar at the top of the list to search by name, title, skill or country.

Click Change stage
on the right side of the candidate’s profile card. -
Select the new stage from the dropdown.
