The available license types in LinkedIn Talent hub are Hiring Project Creator, Hiring Collaborator, and Basic User.

The Basic User license doesn't work with any permission type. This license allows users to provide feedback on specific candidates. It doesn't give the hiring team member access to the Talent Hub dashboard.
Note: If Single Sign-on is enabled on the contract, Basic users aren't required to link their personal LinkedIn profile to Talent Hub.
The number of available search (paid) permissions are tied to the number of Hiring Project Creator licenses on your contract.
Unlimited (free) permissions can be combined with either the Hiring Project Creator or the Hiring Collaborator license.
