Enable email and calendar integrations as an Admin in Recruiter

As a product settings admin on a LinkedIn Recruiter contract, you can manage email and calendar services from Product settings

Important to know

Before users can authorize their emails or calendars, your IT Admin for Microsoft O365 or Google Workspace needs to provide LinkedIn Recruiter the right permissions.

To set your contract’s default email and calendar platform: 

  1. Move your cursor over your profile picture in the top right corner of the Recruiter homepage and select Product settings from the dropdown. 

  2. Click Preferences on the left pane under Company Settings. 

  3. Click Edit next to Company email and calendar provider

  4. Select either Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365

  5. Click Save

Once you have selected the provider, users can authorize their email and calendar accounts within their product settings.

Important to know

You can disconnect the Company email and calendar provider by clicking Do not integrate. No new authorizations will be possible until an email and calendar provider is selected.
