We periodically update our User Agreement and Privacy Policy to help ensure our users understand their rights and responsibilities when they use LinkedIn, as well as how we collect, use and protect personal information.

These documents were updated on January 6, 2020, with minor revisions on August 11, 2020, including the removal of references to the SlideShare business which we no longer operate; on February 1, 2022 to clarify how and where we will resolve any disputes that may arise with our members; and on March 6, 2024, to provide more detail on the information submitted to create an account.
