You must have admin permissions for LinkedIn Recruiter and for your applicant tracking system (ATS) to enable the full Apply Connect feature set. Recruiter customers can enable onsite apply (Easy Apply), send jobs via API, and enable in-ATS widgets and applicant notifications. You can enable Apply Connect via your ATS integration onboarding widget and choose to turn onsite apply (Easy Apply) off for specific jobs during your job posting workflow. 

For non-Recruiter customers, you can enable onsite apply (Easy Apply) and are able to send jobs via API. However, only Recruiter customers can enable the Apply Connect in-ATS widgets and applicant notifications.
