You can send messages to LinkedIn members who aren’t your 1st degree connections using InMail messages. If you run out of your allotted InMail message credits in your Premium Essentials or Premium Pro account, and wish to access more InMail message credits, you can upgrade your plan.
Important to know
You’ll receive new InMail message credits at the beginning of your monthly billing cycle. The number of InMail message credits received is based on the type of Premium subscription you have.
To upgrade your plan:

Click the
Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage. -
Click Access My Premium from the dropdown.
- You’ll be redirected to your My Premium page

Under InMail section, click Upgrade my plan.
- You’ll only see this if you’re out of InMail message credits.

Follow prompts to upgrade your plan.
