Invite applicants to apply for your job

The Invite to Apply feature gives you instant access to 25 pre-qualified job seekers who have the skills and experience you're looking for, and who may not have seen your job post yet. You can personally invite them to apply to your job post to expand your chances of getting more qualified applicants and making a great hire.

For promoted job postings: Immediately after posting a promoted job, hiring managers are presented with a list of 25 pre-qualified candidates. These candidates are selected based on their fit with the job's requirements, including skills, experience, and location. Hiring managers can review these candidates' qualifications and LinkedIn profiles, then choose to invite them individually or extend an invitation to all with a single click.

Hiring managers that opt for free job postings are given a preview of potential candidates, though their information will be blurred. To access the full details of these candidates and extend invitations to apply, the job posting must be promoted. 

Tracking invitations and applications: Once a candidate is invited to apply, their status updates to "Invited" within the Invite to Apply tab. This allows hiring managers to easily manage and track invitations. Furthermore, when an invited candidate submits their application, the status changes to "You invited to apply" on their job card within the applicant list view.

This feature is tailored to meet the unique challenges faced by hiring managers, making it easier to connect with qualified candidates and fill open positions promptly, ensuring that the recruitment process is as streamlined and effective as possible.
