Wondering how small UX issues can turn into big conversion gains? 🚀 In our latest case study, autonomous forestry drone and analytics company, Deep Forestry partnered with Onward Agency to understand why users were not converting, even with strong organic traffic. After implementing Clarity, the team reviewed session recordings, analyzed heatmaps, and uncovered hidden friction around key CTAs. ⚡What they found was powerful: - Visitors were bouncing between three competing CTA buttons - The phrase “Book a Demo” created confusion and hesitation - Dead clicks revealed visitors trying to interact with non-actionable elements Using these insights, Onward Agency simplified the conversion path and reframed the offer to “Book a Free Consultation,” making the next step intuitive and clear. 💪The results were significant: ✔️ 𝟒𝟎 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 within four months ✔️ 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 from 9.5 percent to 0.5 percent ✔️ Session depth and 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 ✔️ Traffic and 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐰 by more than 𝟖𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 Clarity is now a core part of Onward’s CRO workflow, and Creative Director Bojan Mitevski calls it “𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤” in their strategy. 🔗Explore the full case study to learn how Onward used Clarity to turn confusion into conversions: https://lnkd.in/grxJWhzS

New Case study: 🚑 How Netpeak Increased Healthcare Conversions by 25% When ON Clinic set out to improve the experience for patients booking appointments online, they partnered with Netpeak to understand exactly how users were navigating the site. With Microsoft Clarity, the team could see real behavior in action and identify the friction points that traditional analytics could not uncover. By reviewing session recordings, heatmaps, and scroll maps, Netpeak discovered key usability issues across the homepage, service pages, and medical center pages. These insights helped the team redesign critical elements, improve navigation, fix mobile accessibility challenges, and make conversion paths clearer for patients. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥: 🚀 𝟐𝟓 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 in homepage conversions 🚀 𝟐𝟔 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐭 on service pages 🚀 𝟕𝟖 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 on clinic pages Every improvement was backed by real user behavior. From understanding where patients clicked and scrolled, to seeing where they hesitated or got stuck, Clarity helped Netpeak pinpoint exactly what needed to change. 🔗Read the full breakdown to see how they did it: https://lnkd.in/g23m-uW3

We all know it's important to speak our customers' language - and Microsoft Clarity seems to be going above and beyond, with a 'Slang' feature you can enable on your heatmaps summaries 😂 As a proud 90s kid I am not the target audience, but here are some that made me giggle: "Mobile fam spammed the menu toggle" "Make that link actually do something cuz dead click energy is not it" "Average fold at 801px is giving mid attention span vibes" This is a creative way to tick some of the things I always advocate for brands: ✅ Stand out ✅ Be memorable Well played, Clarity :) (Best paired with this read for the millennials like me: https://lnkd.in/eWdd-XNf)

We love seeing Clarity used in meaningful ways like this. This is such a great example of how understanding real user behavior leads to intentional, inclusive design optimization. 💡 Clarity is built for moments like this. Thanks for using Clarity to listen to your users and iterate with purpose, Phylnn!
🚀 Using behavior analytics to improve an ADHD-friendly learning app I started using Microsoft Clarity on my side project, Refocus Your ADHD, to better understand how visitors actually interact with the homepage. Clarity’s scroll maps and heatmaps are already helping me: See how far users scroll and where drop-off happens on the page Check whether the hero section (“Focus Better. Learn Smarter.”) and the Get Started / Learn More buttons are getting enough attention Confirm that key sections like Focus Reader and the Pomodoro Timer are visible and reachable without overwhelming the user For an app designed for ADHD minds, this type of insight is huge. It lets me: 👾 Reduce unnecessary friction and cognitive load 👁️ Prioritize the most helpful content above the fold 👣 Plan future A/B tests on layout, copy, and calls-to-action Still early days and a small sample size, but using tools like Clarity helps me treat this like a real product: listen to user behavior, then iterate intentionally. #productmanagement #uxdesign #adhd #microsoftclarity #webanalytics #buildinpublic

You’ll never see your website the same way again after this. So, yesterday, I spent almost 3 hours watching recording sessions. I wanted to run a quarterly UAT of a web asset I manage and get fresh eyes. My colleagues would still see it from their own perspective. I mean, we’re the ones that operate behind the scenes, but how about the audience who are using the website? I needed to see how strangers were experiencing the site. So I opened Microsoft Clarity You know what I love so much about that tool? It forces you into your user's mind. Even if you swear you “understand your audience”, Clarity has a way of humbling you. I write the content and argue with Claude about buyer psychology. I think I get it. But watching those recordings? Humbling is an understatement. You’ll see one user land on the homepage, read the hero for 4 seconds, then start clicking the logo furiously, as if it were a CTA. Click… click click click… rage click… exit. Like bro, the logo is not clickable ffs 😭 Another one scrolled right past the only clickable element and was trying to click the requirements section, like it was the next step. I sat there like, “Isn’t it obvious you can’t click that? What do you want from me, mhenn??” That’s when I understood that our assumptions about buyer behavior are often wrong. We think the buyer journey is this linear drawing: Awareness → Consideration → Intent → Evaluation → Purchase. But what’s actually happening is: “Hmm, nice headline… wait o, what do I click?… this thing is confusing… let me just check another vendor.” Content marketing is psychology. But the way you understand the product is not how they see it. Some people just need that extra nudge to know what comes next. This has taught me always to take a step back and see how my audience is responding to my content across all devices; is it intuitive enough? Are they getting value? Does this solve their problem, or does it need refinement? I’m pretty sure my engineers are tired of me, because ever since I saw those recordings, I've been coming up with “horrible ideas” (in my engineer's voice 🥲 ) to make any new feature we implement on our website very intuitive, just to provide extra guidance on the next steps for our users. Because the truth is, we spend so much time writing for users, we forget to experience things as they do. You can study your buyer, write strategy documents from now till tomorrow, even think you’re one of them… but until you watch them interact with your work, it’s all theoretical. It's like borrowing money; you won't understand how impatient borrowers are until it's your turn. You can never be in their shoes, no matter the strategy; that's why I love tools like Microsoft Clarity. Makes me see everything live and in action. Always interesting to watch these things.
