We’re thrilled to receive a 2024 KLAS Research Points of Light Award celebrating our successful collaboration with Availity, Humana, and HARMONY PARK FAMILY MEDICINE PLLC Medicine to modernize the prior authorization process and improve patient access to care. Delivering an end-to-end process that streamlines, automates, and reduces administrative burden helps reduce turnaround time from multiple days to about one day, far exceeding industry averages and the seven-day target established by the CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization Final Rule. In celebration of AAPI Heritage Month, our athenaAAPI ERG organized an impactful series of programming. This included a keynote speaker event featuring Jessica Chen, who discussed strategies for cross-cultural communication at work. Additionally, ERG members hosted an interactive employee leadership panel discussion on navigating careers as Asian Americans. Throughout the month, our office locations also served AAPI-themed snacks including boba, dumplings, and steamed buns!
