There are a number tools that can be utilised, a few I’ve used are Jira, Salesforce, Confluence, Planview, etc. All these offer the ability to track risk, manage risk, and run appropriate risk reporting. It is important to ensure that the respective users have the relevant know how of what the categories mean and the purpose. Ultimately, the knowledge gained from proactive use will there therefore drive in-depth risk assessment appropriate mitigation steps.

Il s'agit d'avoir le sens de l'observation critique afin de denicher les signaux de risques latents ou moins apparent qu'il faut signaler aux differentes parties prtenantes impliquees dans la gestion d'un projet/programme. Les alertes peuvent etre vehiculees dans des plateformes qui protegent les lancuers d'alertes mais doivent toujours faire l'objet de verification serieuse avant la prise de decision.
