Rejection is easier to deal with when you have your colleagues next to you facing the same thing every day. A lot of tech sales is inside sales now and, especially if you’re remote, you have to get yourself your own sales floor or community of peers in order to learn collaboratively. Lots of places online to go for this or ask your teammates to help you practice and exchange feedback!

Kellog’s Mastering Sales is comprehensive and great. Outbound Squad is great. Sell Better is good too. Most courses have their own take or frameworks in what are all essentially the same core principles of sales. Pick the method you like and that you will actually do and realize that once you have the basics, buying courses has diminishing returns. no one can really teach you the nuances. There’s only so much sales “knowledge” to acquire. The rest you have to learn the hard way. Get out in the field and practice. Be willing to suck before you can be great. Courses can make you feel better, but it’s not going to make you better on your calls. There’s only one way, the hard way.
