For me, I would answer almost instantaneously because I know exactly where I see myself in 5 years and how the current job fits into my growth strategy. In conclusion: Have clear and ambitious goals, know where the current job fits into your long term strategy, and don’t be afraid to say it out loud at the first occasion; it may fall into the right ears. :)

My ultimate aim is to continuously evolve and expand my skills, contributing effectively to my team and organisation while balancing personal development and growth.

Yes - Reflect Deeply - but don't reflect on career or skills or anything else that people typically think about. Your career is an enabler. It supports your life and allows you to take care of personal needs, to chase personal goals and fulfil personal ambitions. So ask yourself this questions - in 5 years - what would I like to be able to do? What would I like to think about myself and be proud about? And the simple answer then is for this question - from a professional perspective - I want to be in a professional position that allows me to...
