Most of the time you get to the core of the objection after asking an open question three time in a row. Always end with asking involvement in solutions. Example: Why do you think the system is not going to work? It's to complicated. Can you tell a bit more about that. We had the same situation 5 years ago. A new system introduction failed because of the complexity we did not need but management decided was good for efficiency. How did this end. People got frustrated left or got burn-out. Production was decreasing. What can we do better this time around? Always end with getting involvement in solutions.
