Motivation comes in a few steps: (Milestones are the solution for best leading and team motivating) 1- Starting from selection of a nearby target 🎯 that your team can achieve easily then thank them and celebrate. 2- Discuss another target bigger than the first one and ask them who can help me to achieve this, they will do their best, then you can celebrate again in different way and thank them all for co-op. 3- Discuss with them what should be the next target as a successful team, and let them select the next target by drawing a redline for thinking, then let this target have a timeline, distribute the tasks very well according to your team skills, and after achieving the target don't forget to thank them and celebrate.
