What do you do if your project is falling behind schedule?

Considero que en muchas ocasiones los atrasos o no consecución de resultados se debe a la falta de enfoque y priorización de tareas dentro del equipo. Es importante tener herramientas de planeación efectivas y una visión clara de los resultados y objetivos que se busca lograr. Por esto, es fundamental validar frecuentemente cómo las actividades que el equipo desarrolla, están aportando al cumplimiento de objetivos.

Es más efectivo revisar el alcance identificando si se contemplan actividades que no generen valor y suprimirlas; de igual forma, entender que entregables estan en proceso y priorizar su cierre antes de abrir nuevas tareas; por último, identificar que interacciones o retrasos en imputs de otras áreas estan afectando el flujo de trabajo y realizar la gestión que corresponda.
