It’s very useful to show how a network works within all the involved nodes. I think is pretty much user friendly and graphic, so that also not experienced people can understand the environment and how to considerate issues and troubleshooting.

Bear in mind that, as an ISP, you are not always the victim of attacks, but sometimes just the vehicle for them. A customer may be targeted by a DDOS attack and you are merely the conduit for the attack. You must not neglect to monitor the various customer flows and mitigate or even blacklist them if necessary. Because if your infrastructure goes down, so do all your customers.
