If it's a logic problem then it should be able to be solved with logic. More often than not is is a people problem when those get emotionally attached to their own solutions. The emotional component needs to be taken into account. Direct communication is your friend here. Convincing someone alone with logic doesn't work for most people as we are emotional animals.

My logic is different to someone else’s and that’s why I like to hear different perspectives and voices. In particular the ones that are different to my own. Acredito que em equipes de alta performance, o equilíbrio deve ser um objetivo a ser perseguido sempre. Todas as metodologias e abordagens para solução dos desafios diários devem ser consideradas, mas pender somente para um lado da balança, para o raciocínio lógico, por exemplo, pode nos impedir de encontrar saídas mais rentáveis para um determinado problema.
