What do you do if industry experts in video production give you feedback?

Nothing helps us grow and revise our direction as much as feedback from an expert. Getting small and key tips from someone sometimes takes us years forward. And on the other hand, we always need small and big jumps in our work and learning path, things that will lead us to become more professional and possess style.

When privileged with feedback from seasoned industry experts, it's vital to adopt a humble stance. Listen attentively, seeking to comprehend their insights fully. Don't hesitate to ask questions, seeking clarification where needed, and respectfully share your perspective. Ensuring a thorough understanding of the feedback and areas for improvement is key to personal and professional growth.

They’re contributing to your continued growth and have generously given you their time and expertise. When an expert chooses to speak, it’s easy to actively listen. It’s what makes them an expert. Allow yourself the necessary time to reflect. Now with a less subjective position, critically analyze and then pragmatically assess the advice.
