Podremos ser más objetivos si ya sabemos a donde o con quién dirigirnos. Tener tarjetas de presentación en formato tradicional y digital, Flayers, etc. Lo principal es tener claro los objetivos, marcar un plan de captación de clientes definiendo un público objetivo, etc.

Now I can totally relate to this as I am introverted and abit shy so you are not alone. I will say start small and set bite-size goals like attending one networking event a month or reach out to one new contact weekly virtually or physically. You don't need to attend big gatherings, small targeted ones where you feel at ease work as well. Finally be yourself and give yourself permission to take breaks and recharge when you need to.
