Le secret donné ici est la mise en pratique directe, immédiate, d'une technique donnée. Une séance de coaching de vie offre une prise de conscience potentielle. Mais la prise de conscience seule ne suffit pas. Quelles actions vont être menée à chaque jour pour modifier les schémas comportementaux et littéralement changer notre vie. Ce changement commence donc par une posture intérieure avec une notion phare, que l'égo n'aime pas forcément : je suis responsable (et pas coupable) de mes choix de vie.

Il conviendrait de prendre en compte l'aspect spirituel dans le coaching de développement personnel. La spiritualité, c'est l'ouverture à une notion plus grande que la personnalité limitée. Cette dernière n'est que la résultante de "l'esprit qui observe". Autrement dit, la façon dont j'observe qui je suis influe sur la création que je fais de ma vie. Mais QUI observe ? Ce n'est pas la personnalité. C'est ici qu'intervient l'aspect spirituel de l'être, décisif dans le processus de conscience et donc de changement.
