Desde mi experiencia el tener claro las metricas y parametros a medir contribuye a conocer al detalle todo lo que pasa en los procesos. - Identifica los procesos y cual de ellas medir. - Establece parámetros que estén alineados a la empresa con un objetivo tentativo. - Control diario de los parámetros - Construir resultados - Establecer nuevos objetivos a la revisión piloto. - Identificación de oportunidades y mejoras en los parámetros y a seguir con el circulo.
