With Atlassians purchase of the company its only a matter of time before its seamlessly integrated across their suite of technologies for internal comms and project management. Additionally tools like grain ai / Clearword for meeting summaries for distributed teams can help async communications such that different time zones or functions can stay abreast of progress.

Listen a lot and note the small subtle signs to probe. Still the big references from Kotter still apply: Leading Change, and The Heart of Change. If possible, one or two on-site check-ins can be great catalysts.
