Para delegar tareas ,se debe hacer bajo estándares muy definidos, buscar perfiles de personas muy disciplinadas y comprometidas. Que les agrade lo que hacen y que lo que hacen surja un placer placentero. Hacer las cosas por placer, porque eso es sinónimo de éxito, por allí escuche que el que hace las cosas con placer nunca sentirá carga laboral. Porque todo lo que se haga, se hace ,con dinamismo y sus efectos colaterales serán maravillosos.
